Housing and Reservations

Please be aware the Nemacolin Woodlands Hotel is nearly sold out for the night of September 23rd. Options still available for the 23rd may be outside the MA-AUA contracted room block. Please know plenty of rooms are still available for the night of September 24th and the 25th. To make your reservation, please call the Nemacolin Hotel at 800-422-2736 and provide the MA-AUA group code, AM0910.

If you have difficulty making a reservation for the night of September 23rd, please call the MA-AUA offices at 978-927-8330 and you will be placed on a wait list for this night.

As an overflow option, the Section has blocked rooms at the Holiday Inn and Fairfield Inn in Uniontown, PA. Please contact either hotel to make your reservation by August 24, 2010.

Cancellation Policy
Resort reservation cancellations may be made by individuals without penalty until thirty (30) days of arrival. Cancellations within thirty (30) days until arrival will forfeit all deposits.
